男，1964年出生。大学文化，高级工程师，高级技师。多年从事发电生产管理工作，1984年参加工作以来，历任发电厂专业工程师、车间主任、运行技术科长、发电部部长、副总工程师等，2005年任云南大唐国际红河发电公司副总经理。
在工作当中曾主编300MW火力发电机组集控运行规程，参加编写华北电网300MW火力发电机组集控运行典型规程，主持进行300MW机组深度滑停试验，主持制定300MW机组停炉不停机运行技术方案，主持进行300MW机组锅炉循环水动力安全性试验，主持进行300MW机组40%负荷深度调峰运行及稳定燃烧试验，主持进行锅炉低氧燃烧技术研究，解决300MW机组直吹式煤粉锅炉长期严重结焦问题，主持进行机组带厂用电甩负荷研究，主持进行300MW机组中压缸启动系统改造及启动实施，参加300MW机组吸风机、一次风机、磨煤机等设备改造，参加东方汽轮机机厂300MW分缸机组完善化改造等工作。先后在国内电力期刊发表300MW机组满负荷4台制粉系统运行研究、国产300MW机组40%负荷调峰运行、燃烧器摆动特性试验研究、300MW机组中压缸启动等技术论文。

Bai Yunlin
     Bai Yunlin was born in 1964, male. With the university education, he is now a senior engineer and senior technician. He has many years work experience of power production and management.Since 1984 he began to work, he has successively worked as power plant special engineer,workshop director, technical section chief in operation, director of Generation Department, and Deputy Chief General etc. He took his post as Deputy General Manager of Yunan Datang International Honghe Power Corporation in 2005.
      During his work experience, he was the chief editor of Thermal Power Group Central-control Operation Rule, editor of Huabei Grid 300MW Thermal Power Group Central-control Operation Rule. He was the main conductor of the 300MW group depth slide stop experiment, leader in the establishment of 300MW boiler non-stop operation technology scheme, leader in the 300MW group boiler cycling water power safety experiment, leader in the 300MW group operation with 40% loaded depth dispatch at peak value and stable burning experiment, leader in the research of boiler burning with low Oxygen, where he shoveled long-term close burning problem of the direct blowing pulverizing boiler in 300MW group, leader in group leading the plant to shake off load, leader in start-up system innovation and its operation in the intermediate pressure cylinder in 300MW group, and he also worked for equipment innovation in induced draft fan, primary air fan, and coal pulverizer and for innovation of 300MW part cylinder group in Dongfang Electric Company. He published in electric journals many technical papers such as Study on 4 Pulverizing System Operation in 300MW Group with full load, Operation at Peak Value of 300MWDomestic Group with 40% load, Burner Waving Attributes Study, and 300MW Group Intermediate Pressure Cylinder Start-up.
