胡昌华同志，男，出生于1965年4月（38岁），中共党员，工商管理硕士，高级工程师。
1984~1988年 在西安理工大学（原陕西机械学院）水动专业学习，获工学学士学位。
1988.7~1993.7 在白马电厂汽机车间任工人、技术员。
1993.7~1994.8 任内江发电总厂汽机分场副主任。
1994.8~1995.9 任内江发电总厂汽机分场党支部书记、副主任。
1995.9~1996.12 任内江发电总厂生技处副主任。
1996.12~1998.4 任内江发电总厂副总工程师。
1998.9~2002.6在武汉大学（原武汉水电大学）攻读企业管理硕士研究生，获管理学硕士。
1998.4~2000.12任内江发电总厂总工程师。
2000.8~2003.8任白马循环流化床示范电站有限责任公司副总经理，
2003.8~至今任白马循环流化床示范电站有限责任公司总经理，党委书记
荣誉：
   2001年获四川省科技进步三等奖、2002年获四川省第六届青年科技奖，
   2007年7月获“2006年度四川青年经济人物”称号

四川电力技术1999年第6期发表《循环流化床锅炉磨损规律》、
2001年第5期发表《氨吸收法烟气脱硫技术经济分析》、
2002年第2期发表《发电设备准入管理现代化探讨》。
在2004年6月9日，中国电力企业联合会组织的洁净煤发电技术研讨会上作《大型循环流化床关键技术及其发展》专题报告。
