  张晓鲁：1981年毕业于西安交通大学液压与机械控制专业，获工学硕士学位。1981年至1995年，在电力建设研究所工作，历任施工机械室副主任、科研处副处长、所长助理、副所长、所长等职务，并取得教授级高级工程师职称。1995年任电力部科技司司长，1997年任国家电力公司科技教育局局长，1999年任国家电力公司科技环保部主任。多次荣获国家级和部级科技奖励，于1992年获国务院政府特殊津贴，于2002年承担国家863项目超超临界技术研究项目负责人。2002年12月至今任中国电力投资集团公司党组成员、副总经理。

  Mme. Zhang Xiaolu graduated in Hydraulic and Mechanical Control from Xi抋n Jiaotong Universityand got master’s degree in 1981. From 1981 to 1995, she worked as vice director of the
  Construction Facility Department, vice director of the Science and Research Department,assistant general director, vice general director and general director of Electric Power ConstructionResearch Institute.She was promoted to be the director general of the Department of Science andTechnology of Ministry of Electric Power in 1995, director general of Science, Technology &Education Bureau of State Power Corporation in 1997, and then director general of the Scienceand Technology Department in State Power Corporation in 1999. She not only got nation orministry level awards for several times, but also has got the special allowance from State Councilfrom 1992. In 2002, she was assigned to be the chief leader of the research on ultra supercriticaltechnology under China’s National 863 Plan. In December 2002, she was promoted to be the vicepresident of China Power Investment Corporation.
